Advanced Glute Stretch (Elevated Pigeon Pose)
“A Glute Stretch Is Just A Glute Stretch…”
…or is it?
Changing the height of traditional "Pigeon Pose" can completely alter how it feels in your hips.
You do not need to elevate the leg as high as I do in this video. Simply pick any elevated surface (bed, bench, couch, etc) and get your shin completely flat.
You will find that you gain access to parts of your hips that you previously had never felt.
Definitely give this one a shot if you have never tried it before!
Its a doozy!
