THE PANCAKE SPLITS (TUTORIAL FOR BEGINNERS)

This is a simple 3-step prep series to start you on the path to getting the full pancake splits (forehead to ground, then chest to ground, then belly to ground.)

Yoga, Gymnastics, Martial Arts and other disciplines call this stretch by different names but regardless of name – it is a great stretch to practice regularly.

There are many, many exercises that will get you closer to the pancake splits, but these are 3 that I find very effective for beginners.
