DEEP HIP OPENING: How to make stretching 2-3x more effective

In today's video we are going to do some deep hip opening.

However, the goal is not really to open your hips. The purpose is to teach you a tool / tactic that I call stacking.

In simple terrms, stacking is putting a few stretches back to back. This is not an approach found in most yoga / stretching classes because you are trying to stretch the entire body in one session. That approach has merit, but sometimes its good to hone your focus on one muscle group and spend 20-30 minutes on it.

Some of the lessons you learn from doing this may surprise you.

Give it a shot!
