Exercises for FAI – The Terrible TFL

The TFL (tensor fasciae latae) is a nasty little bugger.

Why? The answer is two-fold:

1.) It is almost impossible to do highly targeted self-massage on

2.) It is equally tricky to stretch.

If you can get some hands on work done on this area (as I demonstrate in the video) do it! You will be shocked at how gristly it gets and you will also be pleasantly surprised at how much morefree your hips feel after having it worked on!
