FLEXIBILITY FLOW: (my personal practice)
Have you ever wondered if flexibility can ever become permanent?
Many years ago I would have said "hell no!"
However, these days I am able to maintain a high level of flexibility with 5-10 minutes a day of stretching.
How does this happen?
In the beginning, flexibility gains seem hard to come by. After a year or two, as you start to gain mastery, it becomes easier.
After you pass the 3-5 year mark, you start getting into interesting territory. It starts to feel like permanent flexibility.
Some may reach this point earlier, others later. But, I want to share todays video to illustrate that you can ingrain your flexibility gains.
This video is an example of the flexibility you can maintain with 5-10 minutes a day of flexibility training.
