How To Deal with EXTREME Soreness from Ballistic Stretching?

Ballistic stretching is a type of stretching that involves rapid bouncing movements and aims at increasing range of motion (ROM).

Using leverage + repetitive pulsing motions you can achieve some pretty remarkable range of motion increases.

This is different than pure static stretching. I am not a big believer in only using passive stretching. That approach only works with children and training systems that get people stretching from an early age.

For someone who has missed that boat, (like me), to develop a high degree of flexibility takes a more in-depth strategy. This includes (but is not limited toBallistic Stretching. With that said, there are unique challenges with Ballistic Stretching.

One of the main difficulties people have with this style of Flexibility Training is extreme soreness.

Today's video teaches you how to deal with that.
