Jump Stretch Band (Beginner Stretching Routine)

This Hamstring / Adductor Stretching Routine Using The Jump Stretch Band is THE BOMB!

Try out these 3 techniques for stretching hamstrings / adductors without putting your low-back at risk.

4-5 Years ago (when I was the human tin-man) this was one of the first hamstring / adductor stretching routines I learned.

Dick Hartzell (creator of the bands) was the person I learned it from and I still use it to this day in my Mobility / Flexibility classes and workshops.

The great thing is it is safe on your back (unlike many other hamstring stretching protocols) and easy to do.

Of course in the beginning it takes a little practice – but try out the 3 techniques I demonstrate in the video until you get it down. Your hamstrings (and therefore low-back will thank you!)
