LOW BACK RELEASE: (amazing self-treatment exercise)

I been wanting to share this exercise with you for a long time! This exercise is something youmust try if you deal with chronic low back tightness or have any kind of low back pain!

This is truly a “next level” low back pain relief exercise that I’ve used with my in-person clients for a long time but have just recently gotten around to making a video about.

WHAT MAKES THIS EXERCISE SO EFFECTIVE?
There are two big secrets to effectively doing tissue work that instantly relieves your pain.

1. Can you be VERY targeted (pin point) with the tissue work?
2. Can you FULLY relax in the position long enough to make change?

This exercises accomplishes both of those requirements in a pretty miraculous way.

If you have not already played around with using the Body Back Buddy on your low back (quadratus lumborum (QL) muscle) then I recommend you do that before jumping into this advanced exercise.

However, once you are ready…prepare to be amazed with the amount of low back relief you can get from this setup!
