How He Improved His Posture after 20 Years (GAINS!)
😳 My friend Jason has had a bad posture problem for over 20+ years.
"It's something I've been self-conscious about for my whole life!" he shared with me in our recent interview.
😳 Not only that, but for years he also struggled with:
- Knee pain
- Back pain
- Shoulder pain
These chronic injuries were interfering with his weightlifting, running, and playtime with his kids. A couple of months ago he reached out to me asking for help.
🗣 As we were talking he told me:
"My mind thinks I'm still 18, but my body is getting older! What can I do?"
I sent him several of my best programs for posture, shoulders, hips, and back pain. Every couple of months we checked in on his progress.
A few weeks ago the results came in...
He sent me a few before/after pictures and I was absolutely shocked. His "posture gains" were incredible!
