[ QUICK FIX ] – Tight Low Back Edition

Low Back Pain is ubiquitous (and so are exercises that are supposed to fix the pain.)

Why don’t most of them work?

Two Main Reasons:

1. “The devil is in the details!” – Meaning HOW you perform an exercise is more important than simply doing the exercise.

2. You’re body is a complex “system of systems” and so there is rarely only one exercise that is the “magic bullet”.

I’m not a big fan of recommending just one magic exercise. However, I think there is value in providing certain exercises which have been proven (on myself and in my practice) to give people some QUICK back pain relief.

Check out this simple exercise to work on your tight QL / low back muscles.

Spend 5-10 minutes working patiently and slowly and see if it doesn’t provide some relief!

Once you are done – start working on the hips and other areas which are often the real “roots” of the problem!
