THE #1 SECRET TO STAYING FLEXIBLE
The #1 secret to staying flexible is staying within striking distance. What this means is – touch your end ranges daily or weekly.
I've gone from hours a day of mobility work, to a few minutes/day. For example, I went to the gym recently and did the splits without having trained them directly in 1.5 months.

How is this possible? I always stay within Striking Distance!
This seems simple. So why don't most people do it?
- The splits are hard
- People don't like hard stuff
- They go longer than a few weeks without getting in splits like positions
So, they lose their gains!
The smart man/woman (who's goal is the splits or to be flexible) get's into a "splits like position." AT LEAST once a week. That's the bare minimum.
If you do this, you will maintain your flexibility. If not you will shrivel back up into your old, inflexible self.
The choice is yours! πWatch the video for more.
Yours in flexibility,
