The 3 Best Quad Stretches (that 99% of people should be doing more often!)

These are the 3 best quad stretches I've personally ever found (and I've studied a lot of different stretching disciplines!)

IF YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE FIRST POSITION AND SQUEEZE YOUR BUTT YOU ARE MISSING CRITICAL RANGE OF MOTION!

The devil is in the details so watch closely.

If you are like 99.9 percent of people you need to be stretching your quads and hip flexors regularly. Even if you can’t do the full versions of what I demonstrate in this video – see what you can do and start there!

I’ve been told in my mobility classes that this stretch is worse than water-boarding. While I cannot verify these claims, I will say that this one can be intense!
