THE COUCH STRETCH : How To Make It BETTER
Do you have tight quads/hip flexors?

If so, you may have tried the classic "couch stretch". I first learned this stretch from Kelly Starrett, a great physical therapist/coach in San Francisco.
However, over time, I found a simple way to make it even better!
