TIGHT QL / LOW BACK RELEASE (feat. Jack Knobber II)

Here it is – the infamous Jack Knobber II for low back pain exercise! Clients of mine who’ve suffered from back pain LOVE this exercise.
If you never tried the Jack Knobber II…it is a personal favorite of mine for low back pain / tightness relief.
The knobs at each of its four points can be used in many ways to apply deep pressure to muscular trigger points in a way that foam rollers and lacrosse balls / softballs simply cannot.
The smaller knobs provide deeper, more intense pressure and the larger knobs provide broader, gentler pressure.
Use one knob at a time to press deeply into imbedded trigger points in the QL (quadratus lumborum) muscle for instant back pain relief.
