โ€œWhat Is The 45 Day Wushu Protocol?โ€ (and Wushu Stretching 101)

The Wushu Protocol is a 45-day mobility / flexibility program from a great teacher named “Ido Portal”.

I studied under Ido Portal for some time but I actually first learned Wushu stretching from a San Diego Wushu teacher named "Shanshan" who had 25+ years of experience in Wushu.

Ido Portal did not invent Wushu Stretching but the 45 day protocol is his unique formula and people pay him money to learn it.

It is an advanced program for people who already have a certain degree of flexibility.
