7 Habits Of Injured Athletes
By Shane Dowd, CES, CMP
😩 In 2011 I was a crippled mess...
I remember the morning when I woke up and tried to put my socks on.
The keyword is tried.
I had just injured my back the day before. This was not new for me.
In fact, I'd hurt my back 2-3 times before. But this time it was different.
There was no quick recovery.
No "bouncing back" as I did before.
😔 My head dropped and, sheepishly, I asked my girlfriend:
"Can you put my socks and shoes on? I...can't do it."
The worse part was...
...she had to put on my socks and shoes for the next month.
I was stiff.
I was tight.
I was weak.
I was injured.
👉 Thankfully, fast forward 10+ years and life is a lot different.
I fixed my injuries and got strong and flexible.
...and learned some valuable lessons since that fateful injury at age 26.
In today's video, I share with you the 7 most important lessons I learned.
The 7 habits of injured athletes AND the 7 habits of the "perfect" athlete.
You don't wanna miss this one...
