How To Fix "Low Back" Pain (FAST!)

This video is to tell you a little story about back pain.
👉 Specifically, the three steps you can use to fix yours.
To tell you this story, I'm going to tell you my story about back pain (because I've had a lot of back pain in my life.
My back pain started in 2011.
I was in the gym doing a power clean, and when I brought the weight down, I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my back.
"FUDDDDGGGEEE," I thought to myself.
👨🦳️ I hobbled out of the gym like an old man.
The following day, I couldn't even touch my toes or put on my socks and shoes.
In fact, I couldn't do either of those things for a month, and I was having my girlfriend at the time do it for me.
This agonizing injury led me on a five-year, $26,000 journey of exploring what could help my back pain.
👨🎓 I studied with world-class therapists and healers. I trained side-by-side with national, professional, and Olympic-level athletes.
One of my training partners was Hector Cotto, a 110-meter hurdler who made it to the 2008 & 2012 Olympic games.
Hector trained HARD.
🏃♂️ His favorite quote was:
"You have to DIE on the track." 💀
Training so hard inevitably led to a few minor injuries.
When that happened, his coach (my mentor) Carl would send him to the physical therapist or massage therapist, and I would go with him.
🏆 This allowed me to see how world-class, Olympic athletes rehab.
🎯 I also saw what worked with my own back pain.
From those two experiences, I boiled down "what works" with back pain into 3 simple steps.
