Yoga Teacher vs Hip Replacement (NO SURGERY!)

 😳 In 2015 this Yoga teacher was in so much pain she couldn't:

  • Walk
  • Sleep
  • Or even get out of the car (without help)

😩 Long story short...it was bad!

She went to the doctor and he told her, "You have hip arthritis, bursitis & a labral tear..."

He said, "here's some pills"
He said, "you need a hip replacement"
He said, "don't lift weights."

She said, "NO WAY!" 🙅‍♀️
